Snow ! Please note that deliveries may be delayed due to the current snowy conditions. Your orders will be despatched the same day but depending on where you live, may take a little longer to arrive. We cannot be held responsible if you order a Next Day Delivery Service and find that it doesn't arrive on time.
Delivery All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed via Royal Mail Tracked First or Second Class or for heavier items we use UPS or Fedex couriers.
For a Next Working Day delivery orders must be placed before 2pm for same day dispatch. Orders placed on the Friday after 2pm will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday via courier. The same applies for orders placed on Bank Holidays: they will be dispatched on the next working day.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
You can also use our Buy and Collect in-store option if you are local. All orders should be collected from our shop at 6 Gardner Street, Brighton, BN1 1UP. There is a loading bay opposite the shop which can be used (if space allows) for collections on Monday through to Friday. Saturday and Sunday the street is closed to traffic.
Overseas Delivery Unfortunately we do not deliver overseas.
Missing/ Delayed Parcels Occasionally parcels dispatched using Royal Mail can take longer than expected. The time frames given to us by this service are expected delivery times. We at Daisy Daisy cannot take action in regards to delayed/missing parcels until it has been 14 days since dispatch. So please bare this in mind before getting in touch.
Gift wrap & message tag If you select our gift wrap option your order will be gift wrapped in quality wrapping paper, with a gift tag attached. A short message can be included, just check the box where indicated and fill in, when you are in the final stages of completing your order and we will hand write it onto your gift tag.
Returns We are sure you will be delighted with your order, but if for any reason you want to return any item, you may return the goods to us within 7 days of purchase in a parcel with your PO order number to Daisy Daisy, 6 Gardner Street, Brighton, BN1 1UP. The item or items must be unused in their original packaging and in a resalable condition for a full refund. We cannot refund postage on returned goods unless they are faulty at the time of purchase. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery to us. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Safety First All our toys conform to European safety standards and bear the CE mark. The products use non-toxic paints.
Packaging At Daisy Daisy we believe in recycling. This means that all orders are packaged in boxes that have already been used to deliver our stock to us. By reusing this packaging we waste very little which I am sure you will agree is the right way to conduct a business.

If you’re buying a new electrical item from us, we will recycle your old one for free.
We can help
If you have purchased one of our electrical items, we can recycle your old one for free - for example if you purchase one of our children's bedside lights, you can send us your old one and we will recycle it for you.
Please send your like-for-like item to Daisy Daisy at 6 Gardner Street, Brighton, BN1 1UP and we will recycle it for you. It must be returned to us within 28 days of the purchase of the new one. The postage costs must be borne by you.
To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with
a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
What is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.
