Overseas Delivery:
Unfortunately we do not deliver overseas.
Missing/ Delayed Parcels:
Occasionally parcels dispatched using Royal Mail can take longer than expected. The time frames given to us by this service are expected delivery times. We at Daisy Daisy cannot take action in regards to delayed/missing parcels until it has been 14 days since dispatch. So please bare this in mind before getting in touch.
We cannot take responsibility for parcels delivered to third parties, (i.e. storage units), communal spaces or 'safe spaces' when asked in delivery instructions.
Returns
We are sure you will be delighted with your order, but if for any reason you want to return any item, you may return the goods to us within 14 days of purchase in a parcel with your PO order number to:

The item or items must be unused in their original packaging and in a resalable condition for a full refund. We cannot refund postage on returned goods unless they are faulty at the time of purchase. Proof of postage does not count as proof of return. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
If any part of your order is faulty please get in touch with us immediately at daisydaisybrighton@googlemail.com. Please include your order number (beginning PO), a description of the fault and, if applicable, a photograph if the fault. We can then arrange a replacement or refund and organise the return where necessary.
Product descriptions: Products are described as accurately as possible but colours, designs, sizes and materials may occasionally vary from those illustrated. If you have any specific questions, please email or phone the shop.
Safety First: All our toys conform to European safety standards and bear the CE mark. The products use non-toxic paints.
Packaging: At Daisy Daisy we believe in recycling! In an effort to cut down on waste we reuse the packaging such as bubble-wrap and boxes which we receive our deliveries in to pack our orders. We do not waste money or resources on buying new branded packaging!
Typically soft toys are sent wrapped in tissue paper and mail bags. We are still working our way through the last batch of plastic mail bags we bought but are looking into more environmentally friendly options for when we run out!
