Delivery - All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed and sent via Royal Mail using their First or Second Class delivery services. Royal Mail previously estimated that First Class post would take roughly 1 - 2 working days and Second Class, 3 - 5 working days but these guidelines are not guaranteed at this time.
*Buy and Collect in store. Customers who have used this option will be able to collect their orders from Daisy Daisy, 6 Gardner Street, Brighton during our standard opening hours.
Northern Ireland/Highlands & Islands of Scotland: Due to the high cost of couriers to these areas, we are only able to send items that are under 2Kg and can be posted via the Royal Mail. For Royal Mail orders please order using the Daisy Daisy postcode of BN1 1UP and put your own postcode in the comments box. We will then be able to despatch your order.
Overseas Delivery: Unfortunately we do not deliver overseas.
Missing/ Delayed Parcels: Occasionally parcels dispatched using Royal Mail can take longer than expected. The time frames given to us by this service are expected delivery times. We at Daisy Daisy cannot take action in regards to delayed/missing parcels until it has been 14 days since dispatch. So please bare this in mind before getting in touch.
We cannot take responsibility for parcels delivered to third parties, (i.e. storage units), communal spaces or 'safe spaces' when asked in delivery instructions.
Returns: We are sure you will be delighted with your order, but if for any reason you want to return any item, you may return the goods to us within 14 days of purchase in a parcel with your PO order number to Daisy Daisy, 6 Gardner Street, Brighton, BN1 1UP. The item or items must be unused in their original packaging and in a resalable condition for a full refund. We cannot refund postage on returned goods unless they are faulty at the time of purchase and refunds for orders which were posted for free may be given minus the cost of postage incurred by us initially. Issues with faulty items but be raised immediately upon receipt for a refund. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery to us. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Product descriptions: Products are described as accurately as possible but colours, designs, sizes and materials may occasionally vary from those illustrated. If you have any specific questions, please email or phone the shop.
Safety First: All our toys conform to European safety standards and bear the CE mark. The products use non-toxic paints.
Packaging: At Daisy Daisy we believe in recycling. This means that all orders are packaged in boxes that have already been used to deliver our stock to us. By reusing this packaging we waste very little which I am sure you will agree is the right way to conduct a business.

If you’re buying a new electrical item from us, we will recycle your old one for free.
We can help
If you have purchased one of our electrical items, we can recycle your old one for free - for example if you purchase one of our children's bedside lights, you can send us your old one and we will recycle it for you.
Please send your like-for-like item to Daisy Daisy at 6 Gardner Street, Brighton, BN1 1UP and we will recycle it for you. It must be returned to us within 28 days of the purchase of the new one. The postage costs must be borne by you.
To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with
a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
What is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.
